📅 Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
🌧️ Weather Policy
In the event of unsafe weather conditions (such as storms or high winds), bookings will be rescheduled only.
No refunds will be issued due to weather.
If a trip has already started and must be cut short due to weather, the time used will still count toward the scheduled rental, and the trip will not restart or be extended.
Light rain or cloudy weather does not qualify for rescheduling.
💳 Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, or you may choose to pay the full balance at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental date. A payment link will be sent to your email for your convenience.
Bookings made within 48 hours of the rental date require full payment at the time of booking.
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food, snacks, and cooler to enjoy during your trip. Alcohol is also permitted at your own risk. Smoking is not allowed onboard, but we’re happy to make a stop at a sandbar or island if needed. There is also a nearby waterfront restaurant available during your trip.
Please have your entire party arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can get you on the water right on time. Your rental begins as scheduled and cannot be extended for late arrivals. The loaction will be sent out via text.
